The manufacturer, Mosens LLC, warrants this product, the Clean Gleem Billiard Ball Cleaner/Polisher, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for period of (1) year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Replacement or repair of defective units during the warranty period is limited to the original purchaser of this product from the Clean Gleem web site.

All shipping and insurance charges for the return and reshipment of repaired or replaced units are the responsibility of the customer.
